You all have heard of the old saying, if you don’t use it, you lose it. When it comes to your weight, the reverse is true. If you don’t use it, you will gain it. Everyone knows the importance of moving your body, some more than others.
Let me ask you a question, if your life depended on it, would you move your body? Meaning, if you didn’t move your body regularly you would die sooner, would that motivate you to move it? I sure hope so, because for most of us, if we don’t move our bodies, we will die a lot sooner than if we did.
It has been proven scientifically that moving the body has many health benefits. Which is why we always promote getting your spine adjusted by a chiropractor. The movement an adjustment provides has profound positive implications on your health and well being. We encourage everyone to use chiropractic for health reasons. You do not have to have a symptom to go to your chiropractor. I get adjusted twice a month and have been doing so to keep myself healthy in all areas of my body. I want my body and brain to be able to communicate without interference from my spine.
To get the most out of my body, my body needs certain nutrients to sustain health. If I don’t put proper fuels into my body it will break down a lot faster. Ask any personal trainer and they will tell you the most important part of any training program is the person’s diet. Is the person getting the fuel they need to achieve the results possible?
