If You’re Going to Run, Run Right!
My entire life I have been running.  I run for exercise, I run while I play soccer, I run after my kids.  I just run, run, run.  Is it healthy for me?  That all depends on how I run.  Running can actually be harmful to the body.
 
There was an article in the Wall Street Journal in 2012 that talked about running too far and too fast.  Studies show that improper running actually have damaging affects to your heart.  In my video blog this week I will share with you the damaging affects and give you suggestions to help make running safe.
 
The bottom line from a lifestyle perspective is, if you want the best results from your exercise regimen, it makes the most sense to exercise a body that is functioning correctly.  Interference in the functioning of the lungs and adrenal glands will cause the two organ systems (vital to cardio exercise programs) to create more problems than the exercise helps.  Having superior nutrition, rest, stress management and movement are all benefited by having optimum nerve system regulation of the lungs and adrenal glands!
