Easy and Healthy Stress Reduction Strategies
The majority of Americans are chronically stressed and feel trapped.  The World Health Organization ranks America 37th in the world in it’s health status.  Over 60% of our population is considered obese and of them 80% of them either have diabetes or are border line diabetic.  We have a serious health crisis happening in this country.
When your health begins failing you, it begins to affect every other part of your life.  Think about it.  As you lose health, you lose function.  When you lose function, you lose energy and you begin to put on weight, feel crummy about yourself and you mood begins to impact your work and your family life.  With low energy and poor mood comes poor eating which leads to more stress.  More stress leads to continued unhealthy choices.  Before you know it, you are in your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s and wondering what happened?
If your not care to control your stresses, life will sneak up on you and surprise you with unhealthy news.  All this is avoidable.  There is a lot you can do to decrease your stress in your life.  I will always recommend you get adjusted by a Chiropractor In Seattle because with a healthy working spine your body will always be able to adapt to stress better.  It is my number one recommendation.
